In October 2015 Marketing Direction conducted their annual client satisfaction survey and was pleased to find that all survey participants indicated they were “highly satisfied” with their experience with Marketing Direction. The survey also showed that 100% of the participants would recommend Marketing Direction to a friend or colleague.
“We’ve always valued feedback from our clients so that we can continue to learn how to give a great customer experience,” Vogel said. Vogel also expressed that she prefers to work with clients who are willing to communicate both positive and negative feedback which allows the team to continue to perfect the overall Marketing Direction experience.
