TAMPA, Fla. (March 15, 2021)—Marketing Direction is pleased to announce the promotion of Traci Tucker to vice president of client service and the addition of two new team members, Michelle Holguin, lead marketer, and Alex Germain, marketing coordinator.
After closing out a record-breaking year of 97 percent growth, Marketing Direction continues to expand and needs to add to their team to serve their clients’ growing needs.
President and Founder of the St. Petersburg-based marketing company, Christy Vogel, said, “I am pleased to announce the promotion of Traci Tucker. She will lead an experienced team of lead marketers and strategists, who strive every day to exceed client expectations by delivering outstanding customer service consistently.”
Traci has more than 25 years of marketing experience. She has had leadership roles in various areas, including brand management, project management and client service. In her new role, Traci will be responsible for developing and motivating team members while building new and expanding on existing client relationships.
Michelle Holguin joins the team as a lead marketer, bringing more than 10 years of experience developing and executing innovative sales and marketing campaigns to create a compelling brand voice, drive revenue, propel conversion rates and solidify customer loyalty. Michelle has a variety of client experience and has led marketing departments with annual revenue from $100M to $3B.
Alex Germain is excited to start his role as Marketing Direction’s marketing coordinator, a newly created position for the company. Alex is working toward his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of South Florida within the Zimmerman Advertising Program. He most recently served as basketball program supervisor at the YMCA and continues to be a volunteer coach there and at other local area schools. He has also completed an intensive internship with a high-tech CRM startup. He owned and operated the YouTube Channel “Mr. Bird,” which garnered more than 1.5 million impressions in 2019. Alex is responsible for various marketing tasks and projects supporting Christy and Traci as well as all lead marketers.
