(Tampa, FL, April 10, 2015) For the third consecutive year, Marketing Direction President &
CEO Christy Vogel was appointed as a judge for the 2015 Tampa Bay Builder’s Association
Parade of Homes. More than 40 judges were selected from those who are wellversed in the
homebuilding industry.
For two weeks, homebuilders in the Tampa Bay area welcome the public to experience the
artistry and craftsmanship of more than 140 decorated model homes and three professionally
remodeled homes. This year’s showcase sponsor is Standard Pacific Homes Estancia at
Wiregrass community.
“It’s always an experience as a judge to have the opportunity to see the latest features offered
in these homes built in 20142015. One of the newest features I noted in several of the
models we judged was ceramictiled, hardwood flooring. You get the look of hardwood, but
the durability of ceramic tile. I didn’t realize it was tile until another judge pointed it out.”
The parade features models open to the public to show them the newest technology and
trends in the building industry. This year’s parade promises not to disappoint with a wide
