Bio:

Unlike her childhood playmates who wanted to be movie stars, Christy aspired to be in television commercials (shorter scripts to remember, she says). As a Florida native, she’s only had to shovel snow to get to the ski lifts, where she likes to spend her time trying not to break a leg on the black diamonds. She worked her way through high school and college at University of South Florida selling the Tampa Tribune door-to-door and as a restaurant trainer at Chilis and Outback Steakhouse.

In her 20-plus years of marketing, she’s been a part of just about every kind of marketing project out there from partnering with Walt Disney Pictures to figuring out the most visible place for a logo on a UFC fighter’s butt (and other parts). She spends her spare time walking the streets of downtown St. Pete checking out the newest foodie joints, swinging a racquet at a yellow, fuzzy ball, relaxing on Indian Shores and biking with her husband, Bill, and dogs Toby, Murphy and Merlin. She’s a proud mamma of a UF engineering grad who recently accepted a job with Dell.
