More than 40 judges were selected from those who are well\u00adversed in the<br \/>\nhome\u00adbuilding industry.<\/p>\n<p>For two weeks, homebuilders in the Tampa Bay area welcome the public to experience the<br \/>\nartistry and craftsmanship of more than 140 decorated model homes and three professionally<br \/>\nremodeled homes. This year\u2019s showcase sponsor is Standard Pacific Homes Estancia at<br \/>\nWiregrass community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s always an experience as a judge to have the opportunity to see the latest features offered<br \/>\nin these homes built in 2014\u00ad2015. One of the newest features I noted in several of the<br \/>\nmodels we judged was ceramic\u00adtiled, hardwood flooring. You get the look of hardwood, but<br \/>\nthe durability of ceramic tile. I didn\u2019t realize it was tile until another judge pointed it out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The parade features models open to the public to show them the newest technology and<br \/>\ntrends in the building industry. This year\u2019s parade promises not to disappoint with a wide<br \/>\nvariety of builders, models and communities that span the Tampa Bay region.
